Nutrition is key and making changes to your body means finding the right balance between a healthy diet and exercise. I am a huge believer in balance and I don't believe it is all about six pack abs, but about feeling comfortable in your own skin. Over the years, I have worked with many clients and have used many different techniques to help them to reach their weight loss goals but ultimately, it is about making changes in both your lifestyle and in your behaviours and attitude towards food. Once you have realised this you will get to where you want to be!
With my Dream to Lean Plan, you can expect to lose between 4-10 lbs in your first week with recorded losses of up to 27.5 lbs in the 6 week Attack phase.
PHASE 1 - ATTACK
This is the stage of the plan where you will receive the most support as we look to convert your body into a fat burning machine! There is no fads and no counting calories in this phase and you should never feel hungry (this is one of my rules!). Instead we focus on balancing the body's blood sugar levels and form new healthy habits which prepare us for the next stages!
PHASE 2 - TRANSFORM
The next phase of the plan is designed to get you closer to your target weight. Drawing on what you have learnt during the Attack phase, we start to introduce a long term approach to your eating habits and focus on shaping the body.
PHASE 3 - DEFINE
In our final phase we focus on definition and learning how to balance healthy eating with the treats. This phase is ongoing and will set you up for a long term healthy future at your desired weight!
THIS IS NOT A STARVATION DIET OR A PLAN WHICH REQUIRES YOU TO CUT BACK YOUR CALORIES AND FEEL HUNGRY ALL DAY LONG.
Instead, the plan is designed to re-educate you and encourage you to eat outside of the box, try new recipes and find a healthier more balanced approach to your eating habits.
